She completed her family practice residency at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, New York. Dr. Mackey-Fowler is a member of the medical staff at South County Hospital and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.  Dr. Mark Zullo A family medicine practitioner for more than 30 years, Dr. Zullo received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed his family practice residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center at Camp Pendleton, California. He is an avid surfer. Dr. Zullo is a member of the medical staff at South County Hospital and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
