In this weeks WCRI Classical Kids Hour hosts Jamie & Pamela invite you to join them as they listen to Mr. Bach Comes to Call. This recording tells the story of Bach's life, his trials and successes, his family life and court experiences, told through the eyes of “Mr. Bach”. The story is beautifully interwoven with Bach's best-loved music including a rich array of Brandenburg concertos, cantatas, orchestral suites. The account begins with a little girl resisting practicing the piano, until Mr. Bach comes to call and she realizes the value of music it is and the satisfaction of plenty of practice.
