Paul was born in Philadelphia and raised in Providence Rhode Island until he moved to New York City to start his jazz career. This is a somewhat meditative evening with subtle trance-like musical musings of the Bobo Stenson Trio with improvisations and interpretations on tunes by Ornette Coleman, Stephen Sondheim and even Henry Purcell as well as from the bassist Anders Jormin.
