This weeks 95.9 Company Break Mike talks with Innerlight Mindfulness Teacher Nancy Bennett. Nancy was trained by the Center for Mindfulness at the UMASS Medical School, she is a qualified MBSR teacher and has been leading mindfulness and stress reductions workshops including MBSR for several years. She has an MA in Pastoral Care & Counseling in the Buddhist track from New York Theological Seminary and the NY Zen Center for Contemplative Care with experience as a chaplain intern in NY & RI hospitals including work in psychiatric care units. She has been a long time meditator in the Vipassana/Insight tradition working with renown Insight meditation teachers Joseph Goldstein, Guy & Sally Armstrong, Larry Rosenberg, and Analayo among others.
